Plans submitted for 154 new homes in Glasgow

CCG and MAST Architects have submitted planning proposals for a new 154 home development at Riverford Road, a former industrial site that is bound by the White Cart River in the south side of Glasgow.

The development will comprise a mix of 55 townhouses and 99 flats, offering panoramic views across the river to Auldhouse Park.

CCG director, Calum Murray, said: “CCG is excited to bring high-quality, sustainable housing to one of the most sought after areas of Glasgow. The scenic views across the river accompanied by extensive communal garden space will provide families with a truly unique living experience.

“The new homes will be feature a contemporary design and offer leading energy efficiency and environmental performance achieved through CCG’s own off-site manufactured timber frame system.”

Subject to planning, CCG expects to be on site in summer 2017.
