Plans submitted for 16 flats and four retail units at former Dundee pub site

Jon Frullani Architect has submitted plans to build sixteen flats and four retailunits at the site of a recently demolished Dundee pub.

Under the plans, land at Dickson Avenue, near the recently completed Menzieshill Community Hub, will host the build, which increases the number of flats from a previous iteration for financial viability.

Standing on the site of the Rock public house the buff brick and fibre cement clad build features glazed balustrades to its southern and northern flanks, with views across the River Tay, Urban Realm reports.

The project features commercial units ranging from 71 to 400 sqm fronting a council-owned car park.
