Pride in the Job success for Cruden’s Shawfair development
Longthorn Gardens
Housebuilder Cruden Homes has gained a NHBC Pride in the Job Award for its Longthorn Gardens development in Shawfair.
The National House-Building Council’s (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards award the most prestigious site managers and their pursuit of quality, leadership and client satisfaction.
Winners are chosen following an in-depth judging procedure, with awards celebrating the most high-quality sites in the UK.
The award for Longthorn Gardens reflects the skills and efforts of the site team behind the development. Longthorn Gardens is delivered by Cruden in partnership with Mactaggart & Mickel and provides a variety of high-quality homes for buyers.
Fraser Lynes, chief executive of Cruden Homes, said: “To see our Longthorn Gardens development at Shawfair recognised with an NHBC Pride in the Job Award is fantastic. These awards are a mark of excellence across the housebuilding industry, celebrating outstanding site management and an unwavering focus on quality.
“This recognition is a real credit to our site team, whose hard work, consistency and pride in what they do underpin everything we deliver.”
Lynes added: “While we’re proud of this achievement, it’s also important to acknowledge the role our sub-contractors and supply chain play. Their collaboration, craftsmanship and shared standards are essential in creating successful, high-quality sites.”
This most recent accolade follows the Scottish Home Awards where Cruden gained Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale) for its Longniddry Village development, located in East Lothian.
Cruden continues to aim to deliver high-quality homes and customer experiences within its developments.
