Scottish Construction Summit and Scottish Housing Summit pass 1,000 registrations with four weeks to go

More than 1,000 people have already registered to attend this year’s Scottish Construction Summit and Scottish Housing Summit, with just over four weeks to go until the doors open at the SEC in Glasgow.
The milestone comes alongside confirmation of more than 65 exhibitors and sponsors and over 40 speakers, as the Summit continues to build significantly on last year’s event.
Those registered to attend span the full breadth of the industry, from housebuilders and main contractors to consultants, housing associations, local authorities and specialist suppliers.
Among those confirmed to attend are Robertson Group, Persimmon Homes, CALA Homes, Springfield Properties, Miller Homes, Cruden Homes, Campion Homes, Urban Union, Mactaggart & Mickel and Lovell Partnerships.
They are joined by major names in UK construction and infrastructure, including Balfour Beatty, Kier Construction, Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure, Murphy, Multiplex, Morrison Construction, Tilbury Douglas, BEAR Scotland, AmcoGiffen, RJ McLeod, QTS Group, WSP, Arcadis, AtkinsRéalis and Turner & Townsend.
Public sector engagement is also strong, with the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Futures Trust, Scottish Water and all five of Scotland’s regional hub companies among those confirmed to attend.
A total of 22 local authorities from across Scotland are also represented, including Glasgow City Council, Aberdeen City Council, Fife Council, North Lanarkshire Council and The Highland Council.
The Summit’s growing exhibitor line-up is backed by a strong sponsor roster, headlined by SPI Piling as headline sponsor. They are joined by Axiom Advocates and MFMac LLP as legal sponsors, with NASC, Scot Hoist Limited, Supplier Development Programme and Advance Construction confirmed as event sponsors.
Commercial director Raymond Carr said: “To have passed 1,000 registrations with just over four weeks still to go is a significant milestone and demonstrates the appetite across the industry for an event of this scale.
“We’re seeing representation from right across the sector, from housebuilders and main contractors through to consultants, specialist suppliers and the local authorities commissioning major projects.
“That breadth of audience is exactly what makes the Summit valuable, and with more than 65 exhibitors and sponsors already confirmed and stand space continuing to move, there is still a lot to come between now and 22 October.”
The Scottish Construction Summit and Scottish Housing Summit take place on 22 October 2026 at the SEC in Glasgow and are free to attend for visitors.
Delegates registering for the Summit gain access to both programmes under one roof, with the event bringing together the construction, infrastructure, housing and wider built environment sectors.
Registration remains open, with organisers expecting the delegate list and exhibitor line-up to continue growing in the weeks ahead.
