Prime Edinburgh development takes next steps to achieve full completion

Native Land has reached a significant milestone in the development of a residential project in Edinburgh with the completion of a further 59 apartments in Pavilion A.

The New Eidyn development, situated atop St James Quarter in Edinburgh, is comprised of three pavilions. The completion of Pavilion B late last year has generated a spike in reservations for Native Land’s first development outside London.

Pavilion A brings the development to 94 completed apartments, with a further 58 due to be completed in Pavilion C in the coming months.

Nicholas Gray, sales & marketing director at Native Land, said: “Reaching this completion marks a critical moment in delivering our project vision, to create a new standard of living in Edinburgh. We are now in the final stretch of development, and as each pavilion completes we see interest both from local and international buyers significantly rise.

“New Eidyn, with its carefully crafted interiors and stunning Sky Gardens overlooking the capital, provides residents with an unrivalled living experience in Edinburgh. It is genuinely distinct within the market, and interest both in the completed apartments and in off-plan sales demonstrates that this new standard of living is a welcome addition to Edinburgh’s residential market.”
