Registration now open for Scottish Construction Summit 2026
Scotland’s leading built environment event moves to a major new home this October, bringing together the industry’s decision-makers, innovators and future talent under one roof.
Registration is officially live for the Scottish Construction Summit (SCS) 2026, taking place on 22 October at the SEC Glasgow, Hall 5. The event is free to attend, and delegates can register now at scs26.smartreg.co.uk. SCS continues to build its reputation as one of Scotland’s flagship B2B construction events, with this year’s edition promising its strongest programme yet, covering policy, delivery, innovation and industry leadership.
A Programme Backed by Industry Leaders
Headlining this year’s speaker line-up is Steven Boyd MBE, joined by Mark Farmer, who returns to the SCS stage, alongside Peter Reekie, Lisa Goldie and Sarah Peterson. They’re joined by a wider roster of over 40 speakers, all bringing first-hand success and experience in tackling the industry’s most pressing issues, from policy and delivery to innovation and leadership.
Over 50 Exhibitors Already Confirmed
The exhibition floor is already shaping up to be the biggest yet, with over 50 ambitious forward thinking exhibitors signed up spanning contractors, suppliers and service providers from across the sector. Stand space is still available for organisations looking to get in front of Scotland’s construction and housing decision-makers, but availability is limited.
Co-Located with the Scottish Housing Summit
SCS runs alongside the Scottish Housing Summit (SHS), launched in partnership with the team behind Scottish Housing News. Together, the two events reflect just how closely construction and housing delivery are intertwined in Scotland today. Delegates registering for SCS gain access to both programmes under one roof, opening up valuable crossover between the construction and housing sides of the industry in a single day out of the office.
Backing Scotland’s Future Talent
This year also sees the launch of the Future Talent Hub, delivered in partnership with Developing the Young Workforce (DYW). The Hub is designed to connect employers directly with the next generation of construction and housing professionals, addressing one of the sector’s most pressing long-term challenges: the skills pipeline.
What to Expect on the Day:
- Keynote from Steven Boyd MBE, plus Mark Farmer, Peter Reekie, Lisa Goldie and Sarah Peterson among 40+ speakers
- Over 50 exhibitors already confirmed, with stand space still available
- Co-located access to the Scottish Housing Summit and cross-sector networking
- The new Future Talent Hub, in partnership with DYW
- Unmatched networking with Scotland’s construction and housing community
