Springfield Properties employees have raised £2,093 for Moray-based charity Feeling Blue after a year of dedicated fundraising by employees at its Elgin office.
The charity was selected as the team’s Charity of the Year for 2025, with colleagues coming together to support the cause through a range of activities throughout the year.
From raffles, bake sales and dress-down days, the Springfield Elgin team organised and took part in a variety of initiatives to raise funds and awareness for the charity.
Feeling Blue provides vital support for mental health and wellbeing across the north of Scotland, offering a range of services to individuals and families who may be experiencing challenges, and helping to ensure support is accessible within local communities.
Dave Main, Springfield North managing director, said: “We’re incredibly proud to have supported Feeling Blue as our Charity of the Year. It’s been great to see colleagues across the Elgin office get involved and support such an important cause. Raising over £2,000 is a fantastic achievement and reflects the generosity and commitment of the team.”
Pauline Thain, founder of Feeling Blue, said: “Feeling Blue are so grateful that Springfield Properties chose us as their charity of the year. This money will fund up to 50 counselling sessions for people in need of our help. Thank you all so much.”
Each year, employees at the Springfield Properties Elgin office nominate and vote for a Charity of the Year, supporting causes that are meaningful to them while making a positive impact in the local community.
