Strategic Planning & Organisational Effectiveness Survey

The purpose of the questionnaire is to understand how organisations approach strategic planning, leadership alignment, and future readiness. Published in collaboration with Professor Bill Minnis, the survey’s responses will help identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities for improvement - and form a key part of his presentation at the Summit.
