The Homebuilding & Renovating Show is returning to Edinburgh

The Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show will be back in Edinburgh for the first time since 2019, when it returns to the Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston on 4–5 October 2025.

The Edinburgh show, sponsored by self-build specialists Fleming Homes, provides businesses with the opportunity to connect face to face with active self-builders and home renovators in Scotland.

It is one of eight Homebuilding & Renovating Show taking place throughout the UK each year, including a spring show at the SEC, Glasgow.

Nick Noble, commercial & events director at Future PLC, comments “We are delighted to be returning to Edinburgh in October. The east coast of Scotland has a thriving property market with truly innovative self-build and renovated properties throughout Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

“Our new Edinburgh show, along with our long-establish Glasgow show, provide a unique opportunity for businesses to connect with thousands of active self-builders and home renovators in Scotland, who see their home as their number one asset.

“Our shows are Scotland’s only dedicated consumer exhibitions for self-builders, home renovators and improvers.

“With a combination of live projects and substantial budgets, our visitors provide exhibitors with the opportunity to open new commercial streams and significant ROI.

“Already there has been strong demand for stand space so this is the right time for companies to secure their spot the Edinburgh show in 2025 and the Glasgow show taking place in May 2026.”

The shows will cover a wide range of interests from extensions; conversions; home DIY; planning permission; interiors; lighting; doors; windows; renewable technologies; heating systems; project insurance; energy efficiency; home insurance; building regulations and more.
