UK law firm TLT has appointed Alyson Cowan as an associate in its Glasgow office, building on the firm’s national strength in projects, infrastructure and construction.

Alyson, who joins from Morton Fraser, specialises in non-contentious transactional construction law and brings a wealth of experience advising developers, investors, funders, public authorities and housing associations on all aspects of transactional construction law from procurement to completion.
