Wills Bros expands operations at Maxim Park
Maxim Park at Eurocentral has announced that Wills Bros, a family-owned civil engineering firm is expanding its operations at the site, supporting future growth, as momentum continues at Scotland’s largest business community.
Founded in 1972, Wills Bros operates throughout Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe for clients across government, local authorities, airport, port and rail authorities, national roads authorities, and private clients and developers. The business is expanding its operations by acquiring 8,000 square feet in Maxim 3.
Jonathan Wills, director of Wills Bros, said: “Since 2010, our family business has been based at Maxim Park, originally occupying offices in Building 1. Over the years, as we have continued to grow, Maxim have consistently supported us by accommodating our evolving requirements and ensuring our space remains fit for purpose.
“As we now move into our new offices in Maxim 3, this transition marks an important step in our long-term plans, providing stability for the business and a modern, welcoming environment for our employees across the Park. The new space is designed to encourage collaboration, promote wellbeing, and support our future growth as we continue to invest in both our people and our presence at Maxim Park.”
Initially developed in the mid-2000s and completed in 2010, Maxim Park comprises ten purpose-built contemporary office buildings, surrounded by landscaped grounds, walkways and amenity spaces, including a putting green and allotments, creating a campus-style working environment.

Maxim Park, which has 756,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space close to the M8 motorway on the fringes of Glasgow, is part of Eurocentral and is owned by Shelborn Asset Management.
Occupiers include HSBC UK / first direct, Aviva, Balfour Beatty, Amey, Barratt Developments (West Scotland team), VMO2, T Clarke, Wills Bros and Policy Expert.
