Sector body Homes for Scotland (HFS) has announced the promotion of planning team members Liz Hamilton and Richard Lewington. Liz Hamilton becomes director of planning and Richard Principal is the body's new planning adviser.

Real estate developer and investment company Simply UK has made several senior management promotions and a key new addition to its board of directors. Linda Meston has been promoted to Simply Care group managing director overseeing the Morar and Portland portfolios.
