Gillcon, the UK and Ireland’s retaining wall specialist behind the Lock+Load and I-CON systems, has appointed experienced civil engineer Ray Singh to lead its entry into the Scottish market. Ray brings over 20 years’ experience in geotechnics, slope stabilisation, and soil mechanics. Bas
