Lovell

Affordable housing developer Lovell has been selected by West Lothian Council to build the £16.2 million next phase of its large-scale new-build housing programme. The contract will see Lovell design and build 162 new council homes for social rent on five sites across the area.

West Dunbartonshire Council has selected Lovell to carry out a £4.8 million programme of external refurbishment work for three 15-storey blocks of flats in Clydebank, Glasgow. West Court, Clyde Court and Park Court, all at Littleholm Place, are made up of 270 flats.
