Building services provider Arc-Tech (Scotland) is to embark on its latest care sector contract after securing a new M&E services deal at a new facility in Stirling.

Glasgow-based contractor and manufacturer CCG (Scotland) has commenced work on a new luxury care home development in Stirling.

Arc-Tech (Scotland) Ltd has been brought on board to help support the construction of a new care home in Troon – the firm’s third project in the care sector in as many years.

Work has started on the site of a new care home in Templehill, Troon on behalf of Morrison Community Care Group.

A new care home is to be developed on the site of a former bowling club in Stirling following approval by councillors.

Morrison Community Care Group has secured £6.6 million of finance from Allied Irish Bank (GB) for a new care home in Troon. Queens View Luxury Suites will include a cocktail bar, cinema, salon and spa
