Buchan House Plans to transform one of St Andrew Square’s most prominent and historic buildings into a 72-bedroom hotel have been submitted to the City of Edinburgh Council.

Ogilvie Construction has been appointed to deliver a £23 million student housing and retail project on Edinburgh’s Leith Walk. The scheme is the first in Scotland for Yorkshire-based developer S Harrison, which is seeking new investment opportunities north of the Border.
