A flagship project by Insite Contracts has been shortlisted as a finalist for Renovation of the Year at the prestigious Scottish Property Awards 2025.

Work to begin the redevelopment of the New Picture House Cinema in St Andrews has taken a further step forward with the approval of the operator’s alcohol licence by Fife Council.

Plans backed by Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods to redevelop the New Picture House in St Andrews as a sports-themed entertainment venue have been approved by Fife Council.

The public is being given the chance to view revised proposals for the New Picture House Cinema in St Andrews through a newly produced video and website.
