New building completed at Aberdeen business park
Fund manager Clearbell Capital said the development located in the Bridge of Don has been delivered both on time and on budget.
Extending to 27,000 sq ft, the unit comprises 21,000 sq ft of warehouse space and 6,000 sq ft of office accommodation as well as a service yard spanning over 32,000 sq ft.

Planning permission has been secured for an additional three plots for further development at The Core: a 26,000 sq ft unit, 39,000 sq ft unit and a 100,000 sq ft unit. The consent allows for both office and industrial accommodation plus service yards.
