Mr White previously led CBRE’s Flex Advisory activity in the Midlands and South West.

In his new role, Mr White will drive the growth and integration of these services across regional markets, while maintaining a dotted-line connection into CBRE’s UK Flex leadership team in London, which oversees the national platform.

CBRE’s Flex Advisory platform supports clients across three core areas: occupier brokerage for complex corporate transactions, operator growth for key flex operator clients, and landlord advisory for investors shaping their flex strategies.
