Clyde Valley Housing Association invites businesses to 'Meet the Buyer' event

Clyde Valley Housing Association (CVHA) has extended an invitation to businesses interested in partnering with it for upcoming projects.

The association is hosting a ‘Meet the Buyer’ event at its offices on Thursday, March 14th, 2024, at 10:00 GMT.

The event aims to engage with prospective bidding contractors for various projects across North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, and East Dunbartonshire. CVHA is seeking input and feedback from potential contractors regarding new multi-lot contracts, including responsive repairs, roofing repairs, groundworks & fencing, general builder services, and void property works.

With approximately 4,600 properties under their management, along with a factoring service for approximately 3,000 homeowners, CVHA plays a crucial role in the housing sector within the region. As their existing contracts for responsive repairs and void property works are set to expire on July 31st, 2024, CVHA is exploring new approaches to deliver these services effectively.

The ‘Meet the Buyer’ event will provide attendees with an overview of the project requirements, CVHA’s aspirations, and details about the procurement process and timeline. Interested parties are encouraged to register for the event by emailing the names of their organisation’s delegates to alan.shanks@ada-cc.co.uk by 12:00 noon GMT on Wednesday, March 13th, 2024.
