Details: The Contract primarily involves the replacement of existing flat entrance doors, side screens and fanlights at Oliphant Court, Paisley, Renfrewshire.

The Contract works may also include replacement of existing internal doors within the ground floor common areas of Oliphant Court. However, replacement of the ground floor existing internal doors to common areas is provisional and subject to finance being available from Paisley Housing Association. Replacement of the internal ground floor common doors will only be undertaken during the Contract if instructed by Paisley Housing Association and the Contract Administrator.

Oliphant Court is a fifteen floor multi-storey block of flats containing four dwellings on each floor. Floors 1-14 contain common laundry, storage and plant, with concierge rooms located on the ground floor. The properties were upgraded externally with render clad external wall insulation during 2015 by CCG (Scotland) Ltd.

The total number of dwellings within Oliphant Court is fifty-six (56) properties, all of which are properties owned by Paisley Housing Association.
