Details: The Contract will involve the successful Contractor undertaking medical adaptations and associated works within existing residential dwellings over a two year period from the commencement date.

Cloch Housing Association currently undertake and provide adaptations to existing bathrooms to their customers who reside in Greenock, Port Glasgow and Inverkip.

Individual Orders will be issued for each adaptation required during the Contract by Cloch Housing Association. Individual Orders may include full medical adaptation works to an existing bathroom or shower room, singular or multiple component works or trades.

The scope of works is envisaged to include;

- Replacement of existing mainstream bathrooms with wet floor bathrooms or shower rooms;

- Replacement of existing mainstream bathrooms with level access tray shower rooms;

- Replacement or installation of extract ventilation fans;

- Electrical works;
