Contract Authority: North Ayrshire Council

Details: North Ayrshire Council’s Property Management & Investments department require to appoint a contractor to undertake roofing maintenance and repair works to non-domestic properties throughout North Ayrshire to ensure they are maintained to meet necessary standards and requirements.

This is a replacement contract for the current agreement which is due to end on 3rd November 2023.

The anticipated start date of the new contract is 4th December 2023 and will run for an initial period of 3 years until 3rd December 2026, with the option to extend for up to an additional 24 months until 3rd December 2028.
