Cruden Homes lands four Scottish Home Awards shortlistings

Housebuilder Cruden Homes has been named a finalist in four categories at the Scottish Home Awards, recognising the company’s continued strength and performance in Scotland’s housebuilding sector.
Cruden has been shortlisted for Housebuilder of the Year (more than 100 Units), reflecting its outstanding delivery of high-quality homes and thoughtfully planned, sustainable new communities across Scotland.
King’s View in Toryglen has been recognised in two categories, having been named a finalist for Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale) and Starter Home of the Year for The Borthwick house type. The development has proven popular with buyers, offering a range of contemporary, energy-efficient new homes designed for everyday living in a well-connected Glasgow location.
Cruden has also been shortlisted for Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale) for Longniddry Village, in partnership with Places for People. Located in East Lothian, the development features traditionally designed homes, with an emphasis on architectural design quality, seamless integration with the existing community and a strong sense of place.

The Scottish Home Awards celebrate excellence in the housebuilding sector, recognising quality, innovation and design across developments and companies throughout Scotland. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday, 18 June held at the Doubletree by Hilton in Glasgow.
