Customer satisfaction gold for Lovell

The housebuilder was awarded a Gold Award for its work in Scotland after receiving a result of 96.83% customer satisfaction assessed by In-House Research, the UK’s biggest independent research company specialising in the new build and construction industry.

Earlier this year, Lovell completed the handover of 50 affordable homes at Claish Farm to Rural Stirling Housing Association and received planning consent for 166 plots at Glow Garren in Hamilton. In addition, Lovell has started construction at Telburn Way, Bannockburn, Crestwich View, Hogganfield and Cearon Gate, with the first clients occupying their homes in Spring.

Lovell regional managing director, Kevin McColgan, said: “The opinion of our customers is always the most important thing to us. Whether it’s the homes we build and sell direct or partnerships with councils and housing associations, the quality of our design, construction and service must be of the highest quality.

“To receive such a high mark is a tribute to the fantastic team Lovell have in Scotland, their dedication to excellence and professionalism and making sure every detail of their work is carried out to the top standard possible.

“Lovell has made incredible progress in Scotland over the past couple of years and we hope to have more news about new developments across the country in the near future.”

Tom Weston, chief executive at In-house Research, added: “We are extremely proud to be working with such a customer focused business. The ‘Gold Award’ recognises those who put their customers at the heart of everything that they do. This award places them alongside some of the best companies in the UK for customer service.

“It’s only through delivering an exceptional service throughout the customer journey, combined with a high level of finish and build quality that recommendation scores reach this level. We are so pleased to recognise all the staff at Lovell Partnerships that have contributed to the achievement of this award.”
