The hotel and residential specialist will complete the project with its sister company Create Construction which will be providing the build element. Create has now signed the franchise agreement with hospitality group Accor under its Ibis brand.

Designed by ICA, the hotel complex will be situated in a prime location adjacent to Edinburgh airport and business park, featuring flexible social and working hubs that are welcoming living spaces for people to meet, work and play.

The hotel will also feature a stand-alone restaurant/bar building and provide parking for up to three coaches and 125 cars.
