The glitzy gala dinner was held at the Hilton in Glasgow and featured a packed evening of entertainment hosted by comedian Jo Caulfield, with a special guest appearance from boxing legend Frank Bruno who was interviewed on the night by television presenter Ben Shires. Guests were also treated to live music from Carbon Copy.

As well as fundraising, the event celebrated the achievements of Persimmon’s valued subcontractors through a dedicated awards ceremony, recognising their role in helping deliver the new communities Scotland needs.

The winners on the night were:

• Supplier of 2025 – Scotia Windows
• Sales Business Partner of 2025 – First Mortgage
• Customer Service Partner of 2025 – EMC Roofing
• Sub-Contractor of 2025 – Advance Construction Services

The incredible total will support SAMH’s vital work across Scotland, promoting mental health and wellbeing, and providing care and support to those who need it most.

As Persimmon Homes East Scotland’s Charity of the Year, SAMH has already benefitted from a wide range of fundraising activities organised by staff and subcontractors. The gala dinner marks the latest effort in an ongoing commitment to raising vital funds and awareness for the charity throughout the year.
