Reid Mitchell HD named on framework for project management
The independent property and construction consultancy, Reid Mitchell HD, has been named as a supplier to the Government Commercial Agency’s RM6356 Construction Professional Services 2 framework.
The consultancy has gained a place on Lot 3 – Project Management, enabling it to assist clients with programme and project management as well as the coordination of multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders. The firm will also be able to support with cost and programme control, risk management as well as governance delivery that adheres to legislation, industry standards and best practice.
The framework provides a model for central government departments and the wider UK public sector to gain construction professional services and is available to organisations such as local authorities, healthcare, education and blue light services.
The four-year framework, effective from April 2026 to April 2030, was established under the Procurement Act 2023.
Lot 3 enables contracting authorities to access senior professionals who are able to spearhead intricate construction projects.

As of yet, the only Scotland-headquartered consultancy appointed as a lead supplier on Lot 3 (Project Management) is Reid Mitchell HD.
