Riverside living vision unveiled in Causewayhead

Building and construction firm The JR Group has commenced site investigations to support its vision of creating an exceptional collection of homes in the sought-after Causewayhead area of Stirling.
Nestled in the scenic Stirlingshire countryside at the foot of Abbey Craig and in the shadow of the iconic Wallace Monument, the proposed development site is located off Ladyneuk Road.
The builder is currently in discussions with various key partners to advance plans for 124 apartments, which will be offered to the private market for sale and for rent.

Current proposals feature a curated selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments, arranged around a central courtyard designed to provide residents with a serene space to enjoy the stunning backdrop and extensive greenery.
Andrew Dallas, projects director at The JR Group, said: “Causewayhead has it all - a beautifully situated location offering the perfect blend of city convenience and semi-rural charm. Its close proximity to the vibrant village of Bridge of Allan adds to its appeal.

“We’ve collaborated with Mosaic Architecture and Clyde Design Partnership to shape initial plans for a bespoke collection of high-end apartments that complement this remarkable setting overlooking the River Forth.
“We’re excited to move forward, with site investigations now underway, and a planning application expected to be submitted to Stirling Council this autumn.”
Site investigations will continue throughout the summer and will help inform the next phase of the planning process.
