Shortlist revealed ahead of 2025 Learning Scotland Places Awards

BAM Construction, Clark Contracts, Kier Construction, Morgan Sindall Construction, Morrison Construction and Tilbury Douglas are set to compete for Contractor of the Year at the 2025 Learning Places Scotland Awards.

The full shortlist has now been revealed ahead of the awards ceremony in Glasgow this November, which celebrates the teams, projects and innovations transforming Scotland’s learning estate.

The shortlist for Project of the Year is East Calder Primary School, Easthouses Primary School, Kirkliston Primary School and Early Years Annex, Maybole Community Campus, Montgomerie Park Primary School, Neilston Learning Campus, and Woodmill and St Columba’s RC High School.

Finalists for Refurbishment of the Year are the Centre for Executive Education at Glasgow Caledonian University, the Curran Building at the University of Strathclyde, the Graham Kerr Building, Law Workshop, Mathematics and Statistics Building and Rankine Building at the University of Glasgow, Gilbert Scott Refurbishment, Marress House Early Years Centre and Queen Margaret University – Future Spaces Phase 1.



The finalists in all 14 award categories can be found on the Learning Places Scotland website.
