Over the past two decades, Clark Contracts has continued to grow its operations across Scotland and the UK, delivering projects across construction, refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance, while expanding its team and investing in long-term career development.

The employees being recognised represent a wide range of roles across construction management, finance, marketing, business development and site-based delivery. Those recognised are Alec (joiner), Andy (contracts manager), Bobby (tiler) Danny (operations director), Hailey (group business development and marketing manager), Irene (subcontractor ledger), James (labourer) and Peter (labourer).

Many of those recognised have also progressed within the business during their careers, reflecting Clark Contracts’ focus on developing its people and creating long-term opportunities.

“Each of them has played an important role in the development of the business over the past two decades. When they joined, the business had a turnover of £45m and employed 200 people. Today, our turnover is in excess of £150m and we are approaching a workforce of 300 people.

“That growth is a reflection of the hard work and commitment of our people. The experience and loyalty of our long-serving employees has helped us continue to deliver high-quality projects and services for our clients.
