Thomas & Adamson appoints new marketing manager to support strong growth

International construction and property consultancy Thomas & Adamson has appointed a new marketing manager as part of the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Elaine Gilhooley brings extensive marketing knowledge and a wealth of experience from her previous roles, targeting a range of international industries in both B2B and B2C markets.

In the newly created post, she will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications strategies across the global business.
