Tilbury Douglas strengthens regional leadership structure

Building, infrastructure, engineering and fit-out business Tilbury Douglas has appointed Simon Butler as managing director – regional building.

In this role, Simon will lead the Regional Building service line, ensuring continued focus on delivering the company’s five-year growth plan and maintaining strong operational performance across the regions.

To support Simon in his new role, Martin Horne has been appointed to regional managing director – building north, with responsibility for Yorkshire, the North East and the North West. Richard Boeg has been appointed to regional managing director – building south, further strengthening Tilbury Douglas’ regional leadership structure and supporting continued geographic growth.



In addition, Kabir Salihi has been appointed to the role of regional director – north west.

Craig Tatton, chief executive officer at Tilbury Douglas, said: “Our order book now stands at £1.6bn and we are continuing to see growth across the regions.

“As we develop the business in line with our five-year plan, it is essential that we maintain absolute focus on delivering the plan and ensuring operational excellence. These appointments further strengthen our leadership team and position us well for the next phase of growth.”
