Viga Homes plans to build 93 homes in Coylton

Ayr-based Viga Homes has submitted plans to build 93 new homes in Coylton.

The developer intends to construct the homes in Lochfergus Crescent.

Locals will be given the chance to question the developers over the proposals at two public presentations. The first will take place at the Claude Hamilton Hall, on Tuesday, April 18, between 10am and 6pm. The second event will be held on Tuesday, May 23 with a time to be confirmed.

The Viga Homes application involves a new residential development and associated infrastructure works including landscaping, the Ayrshire Post reports.

Plans reveal that 93 units will be constructed in nine phases with “four to six different house types,” generally single storey bungalows with a “mix of detached and semidetached” properties.
