Glen Oaks Housing Association has completed 49 new properties worth £7.1 million in Arden with tenants having now moved in.

Glen Oaks Housing Association has gained planning approval to build 30 houses and cottage flats for the Arden area of Glasgow. The properties on a vacant 2.5-acre grassed site in Kilmuir Crescent would be built by AS Homes (Scotland) in conjunction with the Association.

Glen Oaks Housing Association has started work to deliver 49 much-needed new homes for rent in Arden. Upon completion, the £7.1 million development is expected to welcome tenants from mid 2020.
