Plans for purpose built student accommodation in Glasgow city centre have been submitted to the local authority. The trustees of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Iceni Projects want to demolish a former warehouse in Dunblane Street and replace it with a block of flats with 286 bedrooms.
