NHS Highland has submitted a planning application for permission to build a new community hospital in Aviemore. The application relates to the land south of the former call centre in the Technology Park in Aviemore. Purchase negotiations for the land are also reaching the final stages.

Oberlanders Architects have submitted a planning application on behalf of Balfour Beatty for a new student residence in central Glasgow. The 520 bed facility on Kennedy Street will also include ground floor retail spaces and a student hub arranged around a landscaped courtyard.
