Buyers interested in a move to Westfield Gardens at Maidenhill will have the chance to virtually meet a local estate agent, as well as the development sales executive to chat through buying a new home and arranging property valuations, while an IFA will be on-hand to provide independent financial advice.

Audrey Ross, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland, said: “Our sales team has been working remotely over the past few months, helping customers through each stage of the home buying journey, and we will continue to offer regular remote sales appointments. In fact, buyers can complete the whole reservation process by video call with us if that is their preference.

“But we also understand that the process of buying a new home can seem daunting or perhaps complicated, and we want to make sure that our customers have as straightforward and enjoyable an experience as possible.

“We’re here to help every step of the way, and our first virtual Ask the Experts event for Westfield Gardens will provide interested buyers with one-to-one time with our sales executive, IFA and local estate agent. By bringing our local experts together virtually, on one video call, we hope that buyers will find this a convenient way for us to help them on their journey to buying a new home with us.”

Westfield Gardens offers an impressive choice of three, four and five-bedroom homes to appeal to a wide range of buyers, with prices starting from £285,000 for the Chalmers three bedroom semi-detached home.

This development is part of a wider masterplan to create a new community that includes the new Maidenhill Primary School, community facilities and transport upgrades.
