Staff and subcontractors gathered the eggs and 600 were donated to Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity; 450 went to Variety Scotland, the children’s charity; and 100 to Glasgow City Mission.

Fraser Conn, managing director, Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland West), said: “It doesn’t take much effort for us to rally round and collect eggs when we know it’s going to bring a smile to many people supported by these worthy charities. We’re grateful to staff and partners who made the effort to brighten someone’s day.”
