The latest accolade marks the third time the site has been recognised through Premier Guarantee’s Excellence Awards programme. The awards celebrate developments that consistently demonstrate high standards across build quality, health and safety, site presentation and teamwork.

Behind the recognition is the collective effort of everyone involved on site, from site management and operatives through to those supporting the development behind the scenes. It reflects people consistently turning up, taking pride in their work and paying attention to quality at every stage of the build.
