The alteration and refurbishment works to provide new changing facilities including showers, toilet and ancillary facilities will feature a high standard of floor and wall finishes due to the amount of foot traffic together with associated mechanical and electrical works.

John Aitchison, Maxi Construction’s managing director, said: “We’re looking forward to working with ESMS and the project team to deliver modern changing facilities within the iconic Inverleith Grandstand.”

The project team includes contract administrator & architect GLM, principal designer & quantity surveyor McLeod & Aitken Edinburgh Limited and structural & services engineer Harley Haddow.
