Govanhill Housing Association has appointed Glasgow-based contractor CCG (Scotland) Ltd for a comprehensive tenement repairs contract that will see up to 16 properties benefit from major internal and external improvements and repairs.

Govanhill Housing Association is to progress improvements to its tenement housing stock in Glasgow with a large-scale renewals contract. A total of 126 of properties will have brand new kitchens installed by CCG Asset Management, the expert planned maintenance division of the CCG Group.
Tenants of Govanhill Housing Association are set to benefit from the latest phase of a housing improvement programme with the installation of new, high-quality windows. Works are set to cover up to 89 properties and will be undertaken by specialist construction firm CCG (Scotland) Ltd.
Plans have been submitted for a new housing development on the site of a modernist church in Glasgow on behalf of Govanhill Housing Association. Proposals by CCG and MAST Architects will see 22 infill homes developed at the Our Lady of Consolation RC Church on Inglefield Street which was demolished

A derelict site in Govanhill is to be transformed into affordable homes in a scheme put forward by Govanhill Housing Association. The £5.5 million plans involve a 42-home development at the corner of Victoria Road and Butterbiggins Road.
